I used this site at mid-day yesterday, and recieved my Notebook in the post this morning, probably the best service I have had when ordering online.

I was very disappointed to receive an email that updated my order status from "in stock" to "not in stock" nearly 2 weeks after ordering. Was also disappointed when I found out that stock described as due to arrive "imminently" was actually due 2 months from hence. However on prompting a replacement item of higher value was swiftly delivered so at least I had a Christmas present to give. A reasonable solution, shame the service was let down by that initial correspondence really

Hi

I would just like to say a massive Thank You to you all for the great service you provided on my first shopping experience with the company. Due to a problem i had with my laptop i managed to order a sinlge item 3 times ( all weather pen ). I emailed the company late on that the evening and the matter was resolved first thing the next day. Further to that i then received my pen the very next day. Thats what i call great service! WELL DONE

mini notebooks + cover

got a couple of the note books.
the mini and the 6/4 sprial bound ukaf one. the mini( with the cover) has held out for a good 8 weeks(ongoing) for less than 3 quid perfect.
the sprial bound pads info at the back is stuff i would never like to use but if a (none)jaytac airstrike needs to be called in i could help"no white smoke" ect.
the paper itself isent just write in the rain, its write in the washing machine. not that i was useing the paper in the washer but few of the notes went through and werent just mush.all in all top draw

For years as a fishing club,we had been plagued by the result sheets,filled in on the bank, being illegible because they were covered in muck or totally ruined with the rain.
I had never heard of any products that could combat this so I googled it and came up with rite in the rain.
The A4 sheets were a godsend, now we can actually see the results of the matches without having to guess what was written there before it got smudged/destroyed by the rain or just wet fishy hands.
I had tried laminating plain paper sheets and writing on them with marker pens, but if a mistake was made it was hard to amend, whereas ritr enables me to use a normal eraser to alter mistakes.
Now, at the end of our match season, we can look back and see the results on clean sheets, legibly written and not stuck together with god knows what.
